Daniel " Dan" DiMatteo
Daniel "Dan" DiMatteo brings over a decade of varied professional experience. He is currently Managing Partner of Cooke and Sons, a Massachusetts real estate development consulting firm. In addition to this Dan holds the title of Associate Director of real estate development and is a licensed real estate agent with North East Advisors. Dan formerly functioned as Vice President Operations of the brokerage division of EVO, a Boston-based real estate brokerage. Previously he worked in scientific communications and business strategy at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and spent several years serving as a medical first responder, which included multiple high acuity Coast Guard medical transports.
Dan currently serves as Chairman of the Cape Cod Regional Technical High school alumni association. He is a Dennis, MA, native, a proud resident of Americas Hometown, and is extraordinarily active in Massachusetts civic activities, including raising money for veterans, first responders, toys for tots, and breast cancer foundation. Dan holds a BS and MPA from Westfield State University, where he was also elected team captain for their NCAA baseball team. Dan holds a real estate salesperson license and is also a notary public.

Robert "Bob" DiMatteo
Robert "Bob" DiMatteo is an experienced Real Estate Developer. He is currently COO,EVP, a Massachusetts real estate development consulting firm. The firms he has founded and managed have developed multiple large and small subdivisions, multi-family and commercial building including 150 homes.
His career has been focused on bringing World Class Innovation to providing the essential needs of families of Housing and Sustainability in both developed and developing countries. Writings about his work have appeared in many publications including the Boston Globe Real Estate Section and listing in annual Builders 100 issue published annually by the National Association of Home Builders.
He has spent a week in Haiti involved with volunteer construction work and made four one week trips to an orphanage in Mexico also doing volunteer construction work. He did his undergraduate degree at Harvard University and holds three Masters Degrees from MIT in the following fields, 1) MBA focused on Business, Innovation, and Finance, 2) Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and 3) the Technology and Policy Program.
